On Complete, yes: we prepare the applications, submit them and follow them up with the universities. On Guided you submit them yourself after we have reviewed every piece. The visa application is yours at every level, because the embassy sees you, not us, and we prepare that file with you.

At the Complete level we prepare them: each letter starts on a call where you talk and we take notes, becomes a draft you react to, and ends in your voice, because a committee that reads thousands can tell a template. At the Guided level you write and we review every draft.

On the two accompanied levels we run the next intake with you at no extra cost. Nobody can promise a university says yes, and be careful with anyone who does, but we can promise we do not walk away after one attempt. Both levels also carry a 7-day window after booking to pull out for a full refund before the work starts.

Because admission is the university’s decision, not ours, and no university pays us a commission, so nothing here steers you anywhere that does not fit. The commitments we do make are the ones we control: every file checked, the next intake free, a person reading what you send.
